WHO WE ARE

Vadeca BV is a quality cleaning company from the Leuven area where quality, respect, sustainability and above all ‘people’ are key.

In 1976, the founder of Vadeca, Felix Wauters, saw the need for a smaller, high-quality cleaning company that operated differently from the established ones in and around Leuven. His plan proved successful, and after a short time his wife joined the business. The real family business Vadeca was a fact.
Thanks to a thorough humane approach in which quality, respect and sustainability are central, the company could grow year after year.

In 1996 the second generation came at the helm, with Steven Wauters as captain. Still ‘people’ are the key for our loyal and new customers and also for our employees. Customer focus, efficient problem solving and transparency still ensure that customers choose Vadeca today.

Meanwhile, the third generation has also been working in the company for several years, trying to understand and translate the new needs of each customer to our employees on the shop floor.
